In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing hospital client data to identify areas for improvement and strategically demonstrate how our Banyan products can assist the hospital in achieving these improvements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, healthcare analytics, and business development, with a passion for driving positive change in the healthcare industry.By creating accurate ROI analyses and diligently tracking monthly outcomes performance metrics, we can continuously demonstrate the effectiveness of our products in delivering financial benefits to healthcare organizations. The Director of Finance, Healthcare will play a vital role in helping our clients maximize their return on investment and achieve sustainable improvements in their financial outcomes.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Data Analysis: Collaborate with our hospital clients to obtain and analyze financial data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for potential improvement. Utilize financial modeling techniques to generate valuable insights.Client ROI Creation and Tracking: Develop comprehensive Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for Banyan Medical Systems' products and services for each hospital client. Work collaboratively with the finance team to create financial models and projections, illustrating the potential cost savings and revenue enhancements associated with the implementation of Banyan solutions.ROI Monitoring and Tracking: Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the actual financial impact of Banyan products at client sites. Regularly review and analyze financial performance data to measure the realized ROI against the projected figures. Identify any discrepancies and work with the client and internal teams to address and rectify issues promptly.Solution Presentations: Prepare persuasive and data-driven presentations demonstrating how Banyan products can address hospital-specific issues and improve financial performance. Tailor these presentations to different stakeholders, showcasing value propositions that resonate with their respective roles and interests.Client Engagement: Work closely with hospital administrators, finance teams, and other key stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges. Develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to support their financial objectives.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.Product Integration: Assess the existing Banyan products and services and align them with the specific needs and pain points of hospital clients. Identify opportunities for integration to enhance hospital operations and financial performance.Healthcare Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry, particularly related to finance and technology. Utilize this knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and position Banyan products as vital assets for our clients.Travel and On-Site Support: Be prepared to travel to client sites as needed to engage directly with hospital staff and gain a deeper understanding of their unique circumstances. Offer on-site support during product implementation and throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.Experience: 5+ years experience in Healthcare financial accounting, Healthcare financial planning, Healthcare finance, or other related experience.Special qualifications:Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.Strong understanding of hospital financial processes and revenue cycle management.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to align Banyan products with client needs.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Willingness to travel to client sites as required, estimated travel up to 30% of the time client sites and Banyan care centers Omaha, NE and Tampa, Fl.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Experience and knowledge of the following Microsoft System: Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, and Office 365Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
