Payroll Administrator

Job Title: Payroll ClerkContract: PermLocation: Miami, FLEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annuallyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Clerk to support our payroll processing operations. This individual will ensure timely and accurate payroll execution, conduct audits, and serve as a trusted resource for payroll-related inquiries. A strong background in payroll software and understanding of relevant laws is essential for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll, including regular pay, bonuses, and off-cycle checks.Conduct weekly overtime audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.Stay updated on changes in wage and tax regulations, incorporating updates into payroll practices.Manage and process requests for stop payments and manual checks while updating the system accordingly.Address employee and departmental inquiries related to payroll policies and procedures.Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).Experience:2-4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in the construction industry.Familiarity with payroll software and reporting tools; experience with Sage and ADP is preferred.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of construction payroll processes is a plus.ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
