You'll work with a wide range of clients across industries like nonprofits, medical practices, law firms, construction, entertainment, and manufacturing.*Requirements:** 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.* Proven experience managing tax preparation for individuals and businesses (S Corp and Partnership).* Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.* Ability to mentor and guide junior staff while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.*Compensation*Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
