*Job Description:* Physical TherapistWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contractor Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. In this role, you will assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance the quality of life for patients. This is a contract position with flexible hours and the potential to work in various settings, including outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, or in-home care environments.*Responsibilities:*Evaluate patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve movement, strength, and overall function.Use a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.Educate patients and their families about exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Adhere to state and federal regulations and ethical standards of practice.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.*Job Qualifications:*Education & Licensure:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.Active and unrestricted state Physical Therapy license.Current CPR and First Aid certification.*Experience:*At least 1-2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy (preferred, but new graduates may be considered).Experience in specific settings (e.g., outpatient, inpatient, home health) may be required depending on the role.*Skills & Abilities:*Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Flexibility and adaptability in working across diverse patient populations and settings.Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50.00 - $55.00 per dayMedical Specialty:* Geriatrics* Home HealthSchedule:* Day shift* Evening shift* Every weekend* Holidays* Monday to Friday* Night shift* On call* Overtime* Rotating shift* Rotating weekends* Weekends as neededLicense/Certification:* Physical Therapy License (Required)Work Location: In person
