This is a great entry-level leadership opportunity in healthcare with a stable, growing company that supports and values its team members.*Job Description:** Provide direct instruction and programs to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.* Lead Onboarding and Training for new technicians Joining the team* Lead and deploy RBT Quality Assurance initiatives* Review, audit, provide support, and feedback to address errors from team members billing notes and procedures* Provide additional support and guidance to RBT's that require it* Serve as an additional avenue of clinical support if a supervising BCBA is unavailable* Support clients with Autism in their homes, schools, and community settings* Find creative ways to keep clients motivated to learn* Communicate effectively, and professionally with the client, client's family, and therapy team* Work collaboratively with other therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and school staff for effective program implementation* Take direction and feedback from the supervising staff (BCBA/BCaBA)* Collect accurate data on a client's progress using the organizations EMR system* Complete required trainings related to organization guidelines, compliance, state and federal regulations* Accurately record and maintain scheduled appointments in the practice management software daily and comply with billing and payroll policies* Adhere to and ensures all patient privacy policies, HIPAA compliance and confidentiality* Travel to and from client homes and other service locations*Qualifications**Qualifications** 3+ years of experience working with children and/or youths in the ABA therapy field (preferred)* RBT certification* 1 year of experience training others (preferred)* Availability during after-hours, weekends, and holidays* Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record* Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver's license, and car insuranceTypes: Full-time, Part-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* Applied behavior analysis: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:* RBT Certification (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Asheville, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: On the road
