Analytics and Data Integration Manager*PRIMARY FUNCTION:** Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.* Participates in the development of KPIs, metrics and performance goals for all departments, which are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.* Responsible for developing, tracking, and presenting metrics related to internal and contractual performance standards for the company that are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.* Provides input to the Executive and Operational leadership for preparation of the annual budget, including recommendation for capital equipment purchases.* Participates in the financial analysis of operational changes and/or proposals.* Identifies efficient and/or cost saving ideas and presents them to the Vice President of Ground Operations and Communication.* Performs data collection and presents analysis related to performance (demand, unit hour utilization, compliance, etc) and recommends changes based on findings.* Participates in financial and operational analysis to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.* Provides analytical support for administrative, financial, operational, and strategic objectives for the organization.* Compiles data with the expectation of creating logical, defensible, presentable, and actionable information.* Develops, implements, and maintains front-end presentation (dashboards) and automated report solutions to support operational and administrative needs.* Supports preparation and distribution of monthly dashboards to review the performance of the department. This includes key performance indicators, benchmarks, metrics, revenue, and operational goals.* Requires the personal skills to be an effective leader and the ability to inspire individuals by communicating needed changes, motivating individuals to become active participating members of a team and encouraging self-development through a leadership by example approach.* Has a responsibility to ensure safe, high quality, and, cost effective transport services in accordance with regional and national standards.* Requires a personal commitment to CareFlite's mission and core values and the willingness to demonstrate those core values in all activities.* Participates in the evaluation of education and training needs for ambulance personnel and collaborates with other division managers and the Vice President of Ground Operations and Communication.* Ensures that CareFlite ambulance personnel promote a positive image in all aspects of their operations and activities.* Ensures CareFlite's compliance with national, state, local regulations, and nationally accepted standards of practice for ground medical transport operations.* Actively participates in quality assurance/improvement activities as directed by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or Vice President. The incumbent will acquaint him/herself with the quality assurance surveys and/or quality improvement projects, which affect their practice and adhere to the standards or changes implemented. The incumbent will provide feedback in a positive proactive manner on quality assurance/improvement activities, which impact their practice.* Exhibits excellent attendance and punctuality.* Provides support and direction to any, and all division supervisors and employees to enhance the overall productivity of the team.*QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** Must be 18 years of age or older* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Emergency Medical Services or Business, preferred* Experience in healthcare preferred* Knowledge of performance improvement processes such as Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and similar* Knowledge and experience with technology platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Power Bi Platform, and similar)* Current Texas Class C driver's license* Ability to effectively communicate Verbal / Written English* 2 Years' experience in Emergency Medical Services preferred*PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:** Ability to make decisions, which have moderate impact on immediate work unit.* Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions.* Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation.* Occasionally perform tasks while standing and walking up to 50% of time.* Reach, bend, kneel and have high level of manual dexterity.* Fast paced environment with frequent interruptions._*The statements contained in this position description reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principle functions of the job as identified, and shall not be considered a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.*_Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* emergency medical services: 2 years (Preferred)* Power BI: 1 year (Preferred)* Root cause analysis: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Irving, TX 75063 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Irving, TX 75063: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
