We are a quickly growing organization and we utilize modern technology to keep a driving edge in today's economy.Payroll Administrator ResponsibilitiesHandle daily payroll department operations, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing payrollMaintain accurate payroll records including required payroll garnishmentsReconcile bank statementsUnderstanding of payroll taxes and withholdingsAccounts payable and receivableManage employee benefitsResponds to payroll and benefit related inquiries and resolving concernsEnsure that employee payroll processing is compliant with Federal and State lawsManage salary changes, deductions, bonuses, PTO payoutsAssist with the onboarding of new employeesMaintain employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all private information confidentialOther duties as assigned by managementPayroll Administrator QualificationsExperience with QuickBooks requiredAccounting/payroll experience is a plusStrong proficiency in Excel and WordStrong communication skills, written and verbal, and excellent people skillsAbility to organize, multitask, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentWhat We OfferCompetitive wagesMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401KFlexible Spending AccountAflacPTO*Pre-employment reference check, background check, and drug screen are required for all positions within Giltner.
