Check out our main career site for more details at Part of Who We Are!*Key Duties and Responsibilities:** Complete patient registration and eligibility verification accurately and in a timely manner* Review patient paperwork to ensure accuracy* Inform patients of their co-pay and deductible responsibility* Check patients in and out of their appointments and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments* Contribute as a key player on a high"performing team*Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:** Superior customer service skills, modeling patience, composure, and cooperation* Efficient use of time, with meticulous attention to quality, detail, accuracy and completion* Ability to establish and manage multiple priorities, coordinate work activities, and exercise initiative* Creativity and resourcefulness in addressing problems and opportunities and tenacity to see things through to solution* Ability to remove oneself personally from given situations, remaining objective* Demonstrate a learning attitude toward solving problems, using good reasoning and judgment* Ability to adapt to change, delays or unexpected events while maintaining a positive mindset*Education/Experience** High School diploma required* (Preferred) Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer-facing experience* (Preferred) 2-3 years front office, medical reception, or direct customer service experienceProliance Sports Therapy and Rehab offers limitless growth opportunities so you can continue to build your career in the health care field, by joining our team!
