RN Case Manager | Home Visits, Lakeshore AreaJoin Our Team as an RN Case Manager for Home Visits in beautiful downtown Holland! Atrio Home Care, the partnership of Holland Home and Resthaven, is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to join our Lakeshore Team.This position will involve providing direct care to clients in the Ottawa and Allegan Counties.
