Pacific Asset Advisors is seeking a full-time Property Accountant (Hybrid) to join our growing team!Our mission is to prioritize the needs of others by creating a positive, employee-focused workplace that produces exceptional results for our clients and partnerships within the marketplace.The Property Accountant will be detail-oriented and responsible for managing the financial requirements of an assigned property portfolio with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Responsibilities include:Coordinating rent collection from commercial tenants through various channels including online payments, checks, and direct deposits.Posting payments to tenant accounts in property management software (AMSI).Reviewing and approving accounts payable for the assigned portfolio.Administering loan payments in accordance with loan agreements and payment schedules.Processing client distributions while complying with internal policies.Preparing and accurately maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting records and financial reports for the assigned property portfolio.Lease administration to ensure accurate and timely billing of rent/NNN and compliance with lease terms.Must be able to calculate CAM recs independently.Responsible for management fee invoicing and special billings.Conduct regular audits/reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and lease documents.Budgeting and forecasting with the property management team to develop and maintain accurate property accounts.Collaborating with the property management team to analyze financial performance.Providing analysis and insights to support decision-making efforts.Written and verbal communication with clients, tenants, and lenders.About You:A time manager.
