Overview:Stella Maris, located in Timonium MD is seeking a Night Shift Nursing Supervisor (RN) to provide leadership to our nursing department for night shifts. Provides house-wide surveillance of environmental conditions and follows through with appropriate corrective actions.Achieves cooperation and teamwork through effective communications and positive relationships with residents, families and staff.Responds to the needs of the Nursing staff for essential supplies and equipment for all units and consults with appropriate department heads to alleviate such needs.#INDHPQualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:Maryland RN License; BSN preferred, CPR requiredThorough understanding of long term care regulationsExperience coordinating care and knowing residentsMinimum 2-3 years of prior management experience preferredMin: USD $45.38/Hr. Max: USD $79.68/Hr.
