We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to conduct mental health screenings to assess individuals' readiness and ability to return to work or engage in work activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and experience with assessing mental health status, utilizing diagnostic tools, and providing insights into individuals' workability. This role is essential for ensuring that clients receive accurate evaluations and appropriate recommendations for employment suitability.*Key Responsibilities:** *Conduct Mental Health Screenings*: Perform thorough mental health evaluations and screenings to assess individuals' psychological functioning and ability to perform job-related tasks.* *Clinical Assessment*: Use evidence-based assessment tools and techniques to evaluate psychological, emotional, and cognitive functioning, and determine any potential barriers to employment.* *Develop Workability Recommendations*: Based on assessment findings, provide clear, professional recommendations regarding an individual's ability to work, including accommodations or referrals for additional support.* *Diagnostic Support*: Diagnose mental health conditions, as necessary, and provide appropriate treatment plans or recommendations for further psychological intervention.* *Collaboration with Other Providers*: Work closely with other healthcare providers, case managers, and vocational rehabilitation specialists to create comprehensive work-readiness plans for clients.* *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of screenings, assessment results, recommendations, and any relevant observations in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.* *Client Education and Counseling*: Provide clients with information on mental health, coping strategies, and resources to support their work-readiness and overall well-being.* *Confidentiality and Compliance:* Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding confidentiality and record-keeping.*Requirements:** Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.* Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.* Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical psychology, with a focus on mental health assessments and diagnostics.* Experience working with individuals in vocational or occupational settings preferred.* Strong knowledge of psychological testing and mental health screening tools.* Ability to assess psychological and emotional factors affecting workability.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex mental health findings to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.* Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and case managers.* High level of professionalism, ethical integrity, and adherence to confidentiality standards.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting._Please note- The annual base salary range is $95k to $115k.
