Become a part of the team today!******JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for daily administration and management of EUC duties within PFFCU infrastructureRESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:Administration of all EUC processesApplication Support for Windows OS and numerous 3 rd party applicationsRevising and updating IT departmental proceduresCentral point for daily monitoring/processing of hardware within PFFCUHands on knowledge with SCCM packages and deploymentsExperience with MS Forefront/End Point protectionKnowledge/hands on experience in Active DirectoryGeneral knowledge of ExchangeOwnershipTaking ownership of service requests and working them through the entire process within PFFCUParticipating in key process improvementsWhen appropriate engaging outside contractors with proper technical expertiseWorking within the escalation process/procedures through all levels of support within PFFCUNetwork-Infrastructure Monitoring-AlertsNeed to be technical current in EUC tools, utilization and alerting.Verify scheduled jobs have been completedPrimary responsibility for Virus and UWP alertsProcessing daily, weekly and monthly jobs as scheduled. Paying very close attention to all the details to avoid processing errorsProvide coordination/escalation and hands on work with internal EUC Team by answering internal staff calls and tickets covering various daily processing problemsAssist in documenting internal support processes and proceduresImplementing and enforcing system and data security measuresWorking closely with all teams in technology on projects of all scopes, including complex and cross-functional effortsEnsuring timely completion of projects and deploymentsTravel to other sites dailyOther duties as assignedPart of an on call rotation schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience with NOC/Desktop Support (Level 2 and 3)Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and with a team in a highly customer-focused environmentA solid understanding of Windows desktops/laptopsA solid understanding of Windows PrintingBasic understanding of VPN ConnectionsMust understand SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and where applicable discuss and review within the team/end user.Organization skills a mustComputer-related certifications are a plusBachelor's degree in technical field; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredMust possess effective written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of monitoring technologies/methods relating to ITStrong understanding of IT Systems as well as strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills are needed to perform this job successfullySKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:Strong project skills required, specifically the ability to maintain focus and complete projects with multi-month timeframesAbility to handle multiple projects at the same timeAbility to think logically and visualize abstract conceptsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to clearly communicate technical information to individuals at all levels of the organization and with vendorsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work under own timelines-directionAbility to work varying hours.
