This position will provide leadership to the accounting team and develop team members to their highest potential. The Finance & Accounting Manager / Controller will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of company financials and providing financial analysis and insights to drive operational efficiencies. The ability to provide accurate reporting and analysis to allow for timely decision-making is a critical component of the position. The ability to utilize financial information to leverage strengths across all business entities, including KPI data collection and reporting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring the financial health of the organization, is essential to the role.
