Our generous benefit package includes but not limited to:• Employer funded pension plan• 401k retirement plan• Health, vision, dental insurance, life insurance• Pet Insurance• Flexible spending plan• Generous vacation & holiday package and more.*We are seeking applicants for a full time PHP Therapist to provide clinical services to the Partial Hospital Outpatient Program. *Duties include, but not limited to:* Conducting psychotherapy groups, individual therapy, family therapy, case management services, and intake assessments.* Ability to provide virtual program is encouraged but not required.Minimum qualifications include:* Master's degree from an accredited school of social work or clinical psychology; current status as a LMHC or LMSW/LCSW preferred.* License eligible required.* Knowledge of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and its application in a group therapy setting is preferred.* Minimum of two years post masters working with an inpatient or outpatient mental health population is preferred.The schedule is Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm) with on-call responsibilities.
