Let us show you all the ways we can Empower Your Purpose.To learn more about Rehmann, visit: We are seeking a talented Tax Manager to join our Ann Arbor team.How You'll Make an Impact:Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaborationProviding a "wow" experience to every clientContributing to the success of our clients' organizationsManaging the preparation of a broad range of individual, corporate and other entity tax returnsConducting tax research to develop solutions for our clients' complex and/or unique situationsProviding direction and new challenges to associates on your teamTeaching and developing associates allowing them to reach their goalsMentoring associates as they navigate their career pathsParticipating in activities to grow the firm and generate business with new clientsIdentifying opportunities to introduce other Rehmann specialists to existing clientsMaking a difference in the communities where you live and workYour Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industryCPA license required; MST a plusOutstanding client service and communication skillsDesire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environmentPassion for coaching others to higher levels of performanceEnthusiasm for recognizing and rewarding great work by those around youCommitment to continuous learning and developmentOut-of-the box thinking and an entrepreneurial spiritA new perspective and new ideas allowing us to continuously improveUnwavering integrity in all situationsWe Put People First in all that we do.
