Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.Responsibilities include:Supervision of nursing and medical support staffWorking in cooperation with Administrators and Medical Director to create, implement and maintain all relevant protocols, policies and proceduresMaintain and oversee relevant trainingsOversee Quality Assurance programsProvide direct patient care and staff support including RN roles:Pre-procedure medical assessmentRecovery Room nursingParticipating in training of student nursesAssisting in the education of practitioners in abortion careContributing to various research programsOur team welcomes empathetic, committed, experienced RNs with a strong work ethic, sense of humor and a desire to be a part of a team.
