*School Psychologist Opportunity in Escondido, CA| Flexible School Schedule & Competitive Pay!*Covelo Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our Educational Services team in Escondido, CA!In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting the mental health and well-being of students, supporting teachers and administrators, and fostering strong relationships with families.*Why You Should Join Us:** Competitive *pay up to $60.00/hr paid weekly! ** Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more are available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.* Convenient Monday - Friday school schedule (no nights, no weekends)*As a School Psychologist, you will:** Work directly with students to develop or improve communication skills, mediate conflict resolution, promote positive peer relationships, and prevent bullying and violence.* Perform psychological and/or academic assessments and recommend interventions to support students' mental, emotional, and behavioral health in a learning environment* Identify at-risk students and provide crisis prevention strategies as needed.* Connect families with community resources and coordinate outside services when appropriate.*Qualifications for this School Psychologist position include:** Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university.* Master of Education (MEd) in School Psychology from an accredited university approved by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).* Prior psychology experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.* Current California license to practice as a school psychologist.* Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential through the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).*If you're looking for a rewarding mental health career that meets the unique needs of students in a school setting, we want to hear from you!
