IABA is seeking Part-Time Behavior SpecialistsGenerous Sign-On Bonus of $650Support individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals by providing individualized support and assistance. Successful candidates will demonstrate honesty and respect while maintaining a positive attitude and professional work ethic.The schedule will require some night and weekend availability. Hours vary by caseResponsibilities: The Behavior Specialist will write and train support staff on teaching protocols. Participate in the implementation of the individual's behavior support plans. Devise an integrated curriculum. Conduct field visits.
