If you're looking for a career that offers professional growth, work-life balance, and the chance to make a meaningful contribution right in your local area, then this is the place for you!Pay Rate: $65 - $75 / hrSchedule: Mon, Wed, Fri 7:00am - 4:00pmResponsibilities:As an Onsite Occupational Health Practitioner with CareOnSite, you will:Provide in-person occupational health services to the community.Perform therapeutic and minor surgical procedures, including injections, immunizations, suturing, Sub Q foreign body removal, simple foreign body removal of the eye/cornea, and burn care.Offer occupational medicine services, including DOT exams and the treatment of Worker's Compensation injuries.Conduct pre-participation physicals for employment purposes.Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient charts.Document patient information in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.Minimum Education and Experience:To thrive in this role, you should have:3+ years of occupational medicine or emergency medicine/urgent care experience.Ideally, experience working in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.The ability to work independently and serve as a leader for the team.Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Education:You must have completed an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.Qualifications and Skills:To excel in this role, you will need:A current State PA license or NP license.A current DEA license.Current BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.If you're ready to embark on a fulfilling career that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of others, while enjoying professional growth and work-life balance, CareOnSite is the place for you.
