Clinical Nurse Director - Trauma Program

As a Clinical Nurse Director at Crozer Health, you will manage the human and material resources of the Trauma Program in order to provide quality trauma care and an environment conducive to staff growth and satisfaction. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the trauma program to achieve and maintain accreditation in collaboration with the trauma program medical director. You will coordinate all activities related to survey, oversee data collection, research, quality and education components of trauma program taking direction from trauma program medical director and hospital leadership.
