We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and employees.Position Summary:As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of behavior therapists to ensure they are providing high-quality services to clients with autism. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and community members to support clients in achieving their individual goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized behavior support plansMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventionsEnsure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirementsParticipate in professional development activitiesManage a team of behavior therapists to provide leadership, growth, and guidanceRequired Qualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationCurrent state licensure as a behavior analystStrong clinical skills and experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:At least one year of experience supervising behavior therapists/RBTsSalary: now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!Up to $87,500 per year.Company Culture:At SARRC, we value people, excellence, innovation, learning, and leadership.
