Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Provider/Special Educator to join our Early Intervention team to work with 2-3 year old children. The role involves working closely with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development and independence. You will work with the families and other team members to create and implement individualized interventions, track progress, and participate in team meetings.Key Responsibilities:Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and track data on the child's progress, behavior, and skill development during each therapy session. Regularly review and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.Individualized Programming: implement individualized treatment plans based on the child's specific needs and goals, in collaboration with the supervising BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst).Parent/Family Training: Educate and train parents/caregivers on ABA strategies and techniques to ensure consistency of intervention across environments.Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other professionals, including BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers, to provide a comprehensive approach to each child's development.Job Requirements Include:NYS certification in Students with Disabilities (Birth-Grade2); or Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing; or Teacher of Speech and LanguageMaster's degree in early childhood special education Disabilities.Early Intervention Experience
