In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups in an underserved community. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those who need it most by addressing mental health needs and promoting wellness.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.* Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.* Deliver culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care tailored to the needs of a diverse population.* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including primary care providers, psychiatrists, case managers, and other support staff, to deliver holistic care.* Refer clients to community resources and support services as needed.* Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.* Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.* Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards for clinical practice.* Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding and support.* Advocate for clients to access additional services or resources within the community.*Requirements:** Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.* Active LCSW or LMHC license in NY.* Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.* Spanish-speaking highly preferred.* Experience working with underserved populations is a plus.* Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills._Please note- The annual base salary range is $75k to $90k.
