We're looking for an experienced Education Finance Operations Manager who can lead financial and operational services for our partner schools in New Mexico and Colorado._*This role offers relocation assistance to beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico.*_*About the Role:*In this dynamic role, you'll act as a strategic financial leader, managing comprehensive business office functions including budget planning, payroll, purchasing, audit prep, grants, and compliance. As the financial partner to school leaders, you'll be instrumental in aligning financial management with educational goals, working alongside a supportive, high-achieving team to deliver excellence for students.*What You'll Do:** Lead Financial Operations: Serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership, overseeing accounting, compliance, and audit preparation to ensure that schools meet all local, state, and federal standards.* Drive Client Success: Manage client relationships, focusing on quality service, client satisfaction, and strategic solutions that empower school teams.* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.* Empower Schools: Through efficient financial oversight, enable schools to focus on what matters"”educating students.*Qualifications:** Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.* Experience: 4+ years in financial management or school business administration, with supervisory experience.
