Apply today and be more with Baker.SummaryThe Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator gathers information from respective branches each month and submits invoices by prescribed due dates. This position maintains and researches customer-provided information to ensure accurate and timely billings.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator will perform the following duties in a safe, productive, and effective manner:Ensures that all applicable customer billings are accurate and sent out prior to due dateConverses confidently with customers and field personnel as it relates to our billingsNotifies respective branches of any disputes relating to the amount billedMaintains professionalism and good rapport with customers and field personnel especially via phone contactFollows up on non-payment from outside customersMaintains insurance file for proof of insurance on all rentalsVerifies information provided on credit application from outside customersRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent and 5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred experience includes possessing a working knowledge of Vista, RentalMan, A/P's application extender, and OnBase systemsProficiency with computers and Microsoft software programs such as Word and ExcelThe following competencies are needed to successfully perform this job:Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbove average ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsAbove average ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situationsGood listening skillsGood organizational skillsMust be able to work in a team environmentMulti-task orientedSelf-starterAbove average ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formAbove average ability to identify problems, collect information, establish facts, and work with manager to draw valid conclusionsAt Baker Construction, we welcome those who are driven to make things happen.
