Training is provided for all new hires!What You'll Do:As a Per-Diem Behavior Technician, you will:Work one-on-one with clients in clinics, homes, and schools, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.Collaborate with families and treatment teams to deliver effective support.Follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions.Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.Work per-diem, appointment-based schedules.What We Offer:Competitive Pay: $19/hr with mileage reimbursement.Professional development: Paid training and tuition assistance for qualified candidates; career pathways towards BCBA or administrative roles.Paid Time Off: 10 days of PTO plus 1 Joy Day, and 7 paid holidays.Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, voluntary short/long term disability, and 401K for eligible employees.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.Must be able to travel to various service locations.Working Conditions:Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities like walking and bending.Opportunities for Advancement:Career pathways to BCBA and administrative roles.Monthly meetings for BCBA exam preparation.About Us:NeurAbilities Healthcare is a distinguished specialty healthcare provider with a team that constantly seeks new and innovative ways to provide the best possible care for patients.
