Four Winds Hospital is seeking full-time/part time experienced inpatient *Registered Nurses.*New nursing graduates are welcome to apply!!* Our generous benefit package includes but not limited to:* Employer funded retirement plan* 401k, health & dental insurance, life insurance* Flexible spending plan* Generous vacation & holiday package.*Responsibilities** The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible and accountable to prescribe, delegate and coordinate all nursing care provided on his/her assigned unit.* The Registered Nurse will provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on assigned unit and will be cross-trained to support behaviors necessary for all other age groups.* The Registered Nurse also acts as a role model both to the patient and ancillary nursing staff, as a health educator to the patient and to his/her family, and as collaborator and communicator with other members of the interdisciplinary team.*Qualifications:** Graduate of accredited school of nursing* Currently licensed to practice as a registered professional nurse in the State of New York.* Graduate nurses awaiting licensure will be able to practice under the supervision of a licensed RN.* Prior experience in psychiatric nursing is preferred.Pay range is $34.81/hr - $46.81/hr, plus an additional $6.00/hr for evenings and $9.00/hr for nights.
