We are seeking a Clinical Director (LMSW or LCSW) to oversee the clinical operations of a brand-new facility dedicated to providing high-quality social services and mental health support. The Clinical Director will be responsible for the supervision and management of a team of case managers, ensuring they provide exceptional care and adhere to clinical best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for innovative program development, and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations.*Key Responsibilities:** Supervise Case Managers: Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of case managers, ensuring that client care is delivered according to program standards and best practices.* Clinical Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.* Staff Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training and professional development for staff, focusing on evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and client engagement strategies.* Client Care Oversight: Oversee client assessments, treatment planning, and service delivery to ensure the provision of high-quality care.* Program Management: Collaborate with leadership in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to grow and improve the clinical services offered in the new building.* Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical outcomes and case documentation for accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness; implement corrective actions when necessary.* Community Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including local agencies, to support client referrals and service integration.* Crisis Intervention: Support staff in handling client crises and develop safety plans in collaboration with case managers and other team members.*Requirements:** Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.* LMSW or LCSW licensure in New York required.* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical supervision or a leadership role in a social services or mental health setting.* Experience in supervising and training case managers or other direct care staff.* Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and case management practices.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment._Please note - The annual base salary range is $70k to $74k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
