Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.*Responsibilities:** Provide primary care and gynecological services to female patients, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and prenatal and postpartum care.* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions related to women's health.* Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.* Educate patients on preventive care, family planning, and health maintenance.* Offer counseling on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and exercise to promote overall health and well-being.* Address patient concerns and provide guidance on managing symptoms and treatment plans.* Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.* Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources as needed.* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.*Requirements:** Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Women's Health.* Current and valid WHNP license in NY.* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women's health, primary care, or OB/GYN settings.* Strong clinical skills in women's health and primary care.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively._Please note - The annual base salary range is $135k to $150k.
