Clinical Therapist Supervisor (LCSW/LMHC required)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Therapist Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional (LCSW/LMHC) with supervisory experience and a passion for supporting the development of clinical staff. The Clinical Therapist Supervisor will oversee the clinical work of a team of therapists, provide supervision, training, and guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of therapeutic practices, clinical supervision, and mental health regulations.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of therapists, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.* Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes, ensuring they meet regulatory and clinical standards.* Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions, providing guidance on case management, treatment interventions, and ethical issues.* Assist therapists in the development and implementation of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, promoting best practices and continuous professional growth.* Monitor the caseloads of supervisees to ensure clients are receiving appropriate services and that clinical goals are being met.* Provide direct clinical services as needed, including individual, family, or group therapy sessions for clients with a variety of mental health concerns.* Collaborate with other clinical and administrative teams to ensure coordination of care and effective case management.* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards of practice.* Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff.* Participate in regular team meetings, providing feedback on clinical cases, program goals, and performance.*Requirements:** Active LCSW or LMHC license required.* Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.* Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment techniques.* Experience with a range of clinical populations, including individuals, families, and groups.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support to staff.* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for mental health practice.* Proficiency in documentation practices, with experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems._Please note- The annual base salary range is $85k to $98k.
