Call Center Representative

An established organization that works to provide specialized care and social programs is currently seeking Call Center Representatives to work at its Manhattan location. As the Call Center Representative, you'll be responding to incoming customer calls, employing company protocols to resolve customer issues, and routing calls to the managerial team when required.The base pay range for this position is $19 to $21 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. This is a temp-to-perm assignment; you can gain access to company benefits, paid time off, and more perks once you fully transition.*Responsibilities:** Conduct 100 or more outreach calls daily to schedule patients for appointments with our mobile health team* Review and explain services identified as gaps by our health insurance partners to patients.* Track all calls and interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.* Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems while booking.* Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and text message.* Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.* Take on other duties as assigned.*Qualifications** Experience working in health care setting _required _* Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology* 1 year of experience working in a call center in a sales and/or customer support role* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and hospital EMRs (preferred)#INDEEDTHJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourSchedule:* 10 hour shift* No weekendsApplication Question(s):* Whats the best phone number and email you can be reached at?Education:* High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:* Call center: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
