A critical component of this role is to demonstrate the agency's culture of compassion, accountability, and results by displaying the highest standards of integrity, superb follow-through, consistency, first rate customer service and exceptional client satisfaction.*Insurance Verification Specialist Requirements include:*_Education/ Skills_* High school diploma or equivalent.* Proficient computer skills in business applications.* Knowledge of office equipment (i.e. printer, fax, computer) use and simple maintenance.* Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with diverse populations.* Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to assigned duties.* Ability to multi-task effectively.* Ability to collect, interpret, and/ or analyze complex data and information._Experience_* Minimum age requirement of 18 with high school diploma or GED.* *Minimum* of *one (1) year of home care/home health medical coding or billing experience*._Licensure, Registration, and Certification_* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements.* Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.* Satisfactory criminal background check.* Access to reliable internet access outside of the work setting._Homeland at Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
