Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor/ HHA Educator, Home Health Aide Instructor, for our Client, a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) located in White Plains, NY. RN will conduct 3 weeks of HHA Education in White Plains, NY office every other month. When there is not a scheduled class RN will make Home Health RN Supervisor visits in Westchester County, providing HHA Supervision and patient assessment.RN Supervisor - HHA Educator / Home Health Aide Instructor - Registered NurseOverview:The Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, the staff is ready to assist in all areas of home health care services.Responsibilities:RN will conduct orientation and ongoing education/ Certification for Home Health Aides hired for for the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). Education may include the overall processes related to Care, aspects of care in the home setting, documentation and navigation of the electronic record, HHA Certification and topics commonly seen in the Home Health setting.Education responsibilities are in-office for 3 week programs alternating every other month. When HHA Education classes are not in process, the RN will act as an RN Supervisor providing HHA Supervision and completing patient visits within Westchester County, NY.Qualifications:Valid NYS RN license, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
