That's why we hire Medical Professionals who not only can provide expert care, but who can help educate and make recommendations to our clients for even better aesthetic results.We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform non-invasive aesthetic services and treatments including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, Cool Sculpting and Skin Rejuvenation. We train our Nurse Practitioners to perform all aesthetic services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. Treatment responsibilities may vary by state.Responsibilities:Client CareActively recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services, products as well as perform treatmentsEvaluate client's suitability for all treatments, educate on treatment process including pre and post treatment guidelinesEnsure client safety and efficacy of treatments in support of continuous top-notch education and trainingsAnnotate thorough and accurate documentation of client treatment recordsProvide world class customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure overall satisfaction while growing and retaining clientsParticipate in problem solving by providing appropriate service solutions and recovery through critical thinking skillsClinic Operations & SalesMaintains cleanliness, organizes, and prepares treatment rooms including cleaning, stocking, ordering supplies, and maintenance of equipmentCollaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goalsMeet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approachesManage and drive sales, key initiatives and partner with Clinic Manager to develop strategies to retain clients, improve service, and increase profitabilityParticipates in day-to-day schedules to ensure treatment needs are met through prioritization and accommodation of client needs which may include but not limited to same day treatmentsMaintain professional and collaborative relationships with clients, leadership and sales teamsto achieve company goals, clinic's sales goals, and personal metricsAssists in answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking-in and out clients and taking payment as neededTravel between clinics, as necessaryAll other duties as assignedQualifications:QualificationsActive (LPN/LVN,RN, NP/PA) license in the state for which the job exists, must be in good standingProficient computer and tablet skills including contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.).Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day, be able to visually assess the client's skin while injecting and operating lasers and bright lights, repeat same motions and movements for periods of time, push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform steady fine finger movementsExceptional teamwork skills with the ability to work autonomouslyContribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and a warm and welcoming bedside mannerMaintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesMust demonstrate strong documentation skills, detail oriented, self-motivated, organized, and ability to prioritizeFlexibility to work our client centered shifts which will include some evening and weekend hoursAbility to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity and continuous growth/changeAbility to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirementsWhy Ideal ImageCompensation:Competitive compensation and bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits:Medical, dental, and vision benefits, with Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts401k Plan with Employer MatchEmployer-paid life insurance and short term disabilityPaid time off:Company paid holidays and vacation daysAdditional benefits:Discounted cosmetic services for employee, family, and friendsCosmetic products discountLicense renewal and scrub reimbursementCompany-paid trainingAmazing company cultureAnd more!Transparency:The approximate pay for this position is $59.50/hour.
