For those whose calling it is to serve others, now is your moment to join our mission to provide quality care to every patient with compassion, collaboration, and innovation, to live our mantra to "Always Do The Right Thing!", and to collectively do our part to heal the world, one patient at a time.Wellpath sees hundreds of thousands of unique individuals in their facilities month over month and a very large percent of those individuals receive direct clinical care, which includes lives saved by Narcan.We offer ongoing training and development opportunities for licensed and unlicensed healthcare team members, and have best in class clinical resources for training, education, and point of care support.How you make a difference:The Clinical Coordinator MAT provides leadership, vision, oversight, and coordination to the provision of medication assisted treatment services to include program development, implementation, and supervision of the Medication Assisted Treatment initiative within the assigned area.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and supervise MAT services for patients in assigned facilities, fostering collaboration among medical, nursing, mental health, psychiatry, and security teams.Assist in program design and expansion of MAT services, including staffing and program development, in coordination with the Regional Office.Provide clinical supervision, professional education, and staff development for on-site service providers.Direct clinical services according to licensure and scope of practice standards.Represent the corporation's interests, ensure cooperation with facility administration, and oversee training provided by healthcare staff to other facility personnel.Qualifications & Requirements:EducationMinimum of Independent Licensure with a Master's Degree in clinical/counseling psychology or social work from an accredited college or university or be a graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing with a current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which employed.Other substance abuse certification would be desirable though not required.ExperienceExperience in the coordination and administration of behavioral health or medical service delivery systems as well as knowledge and/or interest in the provision of integrated behavioral health/medical programming within a multidisciplinary framework.Professional experience in the behavioral health or medical field that indicates knowledge of management and supervision techniques, peer review, data collection and quality assurance.Experience successfully navigating a correctional healthcare setting in which there are multiple stakeholders and needs to consider while maintaining the patient's needs as the primary focus.Licenses/CertificationsRelated certification may be applicable based on specific state requirements.Additional Details : Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pmWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer:We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.We encourage you to apply!
