Lien Coordinator

American Health Imaging is seeking a Lien Coordinator team member for our collections department location in Austin, TX area.As a Lien Coordinator collections team member you will be working directly with Attorney offices ensuring proper billing and monitoring A/R Collections. Responsibilities include preparing A/R reports to submit to Attorney requesting case update and notating the accounts accordingly, following up with Attorney offices to ensure a reply is received, answering and handling incoming calls related to account follow up. The team member will also work closely with all other Liens & Legal team members and provide support as needed. Must be a critical thinker, detail orientated, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The position is a 100% remote position after training is complete, as such candidate must be a self -starter and able to work independently.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Moderate motor abilities for operation of calculator, typewriter and computer terminal.
