About Nova SupportsNova Supports is dedicated to providing exceptional behavior consultation and early intervention ABA services for individuals with autism, and their families. Our mission is to provide the BEST support for EVERY individual needing in-home ABA Therapy.Position OverviewCompensation: $20-$23/hour once certifiedSchedule: Part time, depending on your schedule. Schedule will be determined by working with the family to find times that best fit your schedule and the client's availability.We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analystUse ABA techniques promote skill acquisition and behavior reductionCollect and record data on client progressCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and team membersAttend regular training and supervision sessionsMaintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframeReliable transportation to client homesAbility to pass a background checkExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with autismBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($20-$23/hour once certified)Paid training (at a lower rate for non-certified applicants)Flexible daytime hoursOpportunities for professional development and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentHow to ApplyIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
