And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered "” and we couldn't do it without you.Where you fit inAs part of our pharmacy team, the primary role of the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Oncology is to facilitate the delivery of safe, effective and pharmacoeconomically rational medications to the cancer patient population. Other aspects of the position include participation in education, guideline/policy development and implementation, professional development, performance improvement initiatives and clinical research. Develops and maintains a clinical pharmacy practice with direct patient care activities designed to optimize the pharmacotherapeutic aspects of patient care.Your Exceptional skills and QualificationsYour experience working in pharmacy, knowledge of treatment modalities and dedication to patient care are your most vital skills as a Clinical Pharmacist.Your dedication to patient care and expertise in pharmacy will arm you with the skills necessary to thrive in a highly skilled unit.You are able to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians and visitors.You are able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her area.Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy, Bachelor or PharmD; Doctorate degree.
