Our sole mission is to provide individuals and couples with the best chance for a successful pregnancy - and each day we cherish the bonds we form with our patients.*Boston IVF *has a Full time opening for a *Financial Coordinator* in our Bedford New Hampshire Fertility Clinic*Job Summary*:Work with patients and physicians to coordinate and facilitate infertility insurance authorizations.Educate patients on infertility treatment plans and insurance requirementsThe ability to professionally discuss treatment plans and financial agreements with patientsVerify insurance benefits for both new and current patientsHandles patient's inquiries regarding insurance, explain disclosure forms and obtain signatures.Ensure patients have appropriate referrals/authorization prior to treatmentCollect all payments for treatments dueThorough documentation of all patient contact in electronic medical record systemInteract with other team members for excellent patient experience and careOther duties as assigned.*Job Requirements and Skills:*Must have thorough knowledge of Health insurance products as well as referral/authorization processMust be detail oriented and highly organized with good customer service skillsMinimum 2 years' experienceFlu Vaccination is a requirement of employment.Job Type: Full-timeAt Boston IVF, we have a deep commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
