Overview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $34.00 - $48.00 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.The Director of Staff Development, RN position will be an expert at delivering variety of training and education to ensure staff compliance and development at our large Skilled Nursing /Assisted Living Senior Care Center (Jones-Harrison) in Minneapolis, MN. Join our team of dedicated employees who share in our mission to help our seniors heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful livesResponsibilities/Job Description:Consults within and among departments as needed and within confines of positionCoordinates training programs for the facilitySupports cross continuum of quality efforts through organizational developmentMaintain pertinent data around staff immunization trackingParticipates in the Safety CommitteeDemonstrates dedication to employee engagementParticipate in on-call rotation(s), per facility policyQualifications:Required:Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersPreferred:Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systemsANACC Certification in GerontologyGood written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providersAbility to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
