Now through December 2024, Child and Family Focus is offering a $250 sign on bonus* to be paid following 6 months of successful employment!*Bonus amounts could be prorated based on number of hours workedIntensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) are interventions and supports for children, youth, or young adults under the age of 21 with mental health, emotional, or behavioral needs. The goal of IBHS and the Behavioral Consultants and Mobile Therapist (BCMT) is to collaborate with youth, families, and caregivers across settings to develop and implement goals and interventions through an Individualized Treatment Plan.Child and Family Focus has immediate openings for dedicated and skilled IBHS Individual Services Behavioral Consultants and Mobile Therapists who:Want to be part of a team and make a difference in the lives of children and familiesSeek an opportunity to utilize creative clinical skills in a variety of settings and gain experience working with diverse populationsUse and implement the 5 core values of Trauma-Informed Care in all work practices - Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, & Empowerment.Full Time Hour Requirements:22.5 Clinical hours/week17.5 Admin hours/week for notes, drive time between clients, billing, admin work associated with clinical documentation and scheduling.BCs and MTs will:Assess a child's behavioral and mental health needs and develop therapeutic interventions to address those needsCreate an individualized treatment/behavioral plan and oversee its implementationProvide weekly treatment sessions with the child and family in the home, school, and community settingsUse a variety of treatment modalities to increase behavioral/emotional stability and functioning through trauma informed practicesRequired Qualifications:Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, ABA or EducationCompleted a direct service practicum or internship or 1 year of full-time experience providing direct MH services to children, youth, or young adults AND a graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, or counseling of direct service in the mental health fieldor Be licensed as a social worker or a behavior specialist and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicumor Be licensed as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social workerCompensation and Benefits (All IBHS Staff are employees, not contractors):Non-licensed Masters Level Therapist: Up to $50,000 annually + incentive bonusLicensed Therapist (LPC, BSL, LSW and LCSW): Up to $55,000 annually + incentive bonusMedical and Vision Benefits offered first day of employment; 3 plan options offered by Independence Blue CrossDental Benefits offered first day of employment; 2 plan options offered by Guardian9 Paid Holidays17 days of Paid Time Off with added days for years of servicePaid Parental LeaveTuition ReimbursementEmployer Paid Long Term Disability and $50,000 Life Insurance Policy401K with company match and annual profit shareCompensated Trainings: FBA Certification, CANS certification, CPR/FA Certification, Clearance Renewal, Annual Trainings, Free Licensure Group, Monthly Supervision and Assistance with BSL Application.*Eligibility Requirements applyChild and Family Focus is an equal opportunity and drug free employer.
