Join us and help us build something special!What You'll DoWork with Admissions and clinicians to ensure that intakes are completed for prospective families/clientsConduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.Develop evidence-based goals that reflect the needs of the client as well as the results of assessmentsEnsure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving teamProvide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week under the direction of the Director of AssessmentsEducation/Experience and Other RequirementsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisBCBA certification3+ years of experience in the field supervising othersMust maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving recordLicensed in PennsylvaniaExpertise NeededTraining staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessmentsCompleting initial assessments within insurance-based servicesWorking with insurance-funded servicesMaintaining flexibility with hours and the ability to work some weekends and nights as neededConducting standardized assessments (skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and risk assessment) for a variety of ages and skillsetsUsing electronic data collection tools (e.g., Catalyst)Providing services in home and clinical environmentsConducting peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hoursRecommending hours/prescriptionBenefits15 days of PTO (increases with tenure by company policy)Holiday payMedical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options401(k) program with generous employer match up to 6%Career development opportunitiesTuition reimbursementCEU reimbursementMileage reimbursementABA Centers of America CultureThe life-changing work that we do would not be possible, of course, without our amazing ABA therapy team.
