SENIOR BEHAVIOR THERAPIST (RBT)The Senior Behavior Therapist is an integral part of the SARRC team! In addition to providing ABA intervention services for individuals on the autism spectrum, this position provides critical support, skill development and oversight of our team of Behavior Therapists and Lead Behavior Therapists.Your Role at SARRCPrioritizes high performance standards (professionalism, teamwork, communication, accountability, time management) in the workplace to ensure teams are successful and client goals are met.Strong collaborator and communicator who enjoys supervising and collaborating with peers to provide guidance, leadership and assist in implementing treatment plans.A compassionate approach to care with the flexibility to roll with changes to meet the needs of our clients.Passionate about providing direction and feedback to the client's team, which includes behavior therapists, senior-level clinicians, and other critical members of the clinical team.Who You AreBachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology, or related field requiredRBT certification is required1 year minimum of employment in a clinical environment on a full-time, part-time and/or work-study basis is required, including recent work with individuals with autism using PRT, DTT, PECS and other ABA methodsWorking toward a Master's degree and BCBA certification preferredSalaryStarting at $24/hrAdditional compensation for meeting weekly clinical hour requirements!HoursFull-timeRobust Benefits PackageEqual pay rate for all billable and non-billable hours workedPaid travel time and mileage reimbursementUp to 16 days per year paid time off and 8 paid holidaysMedical, dental and vision insurance (majority of coverage paid for by SARRC)401(k) with 50% company match up to 6%Internal job growth opportunitiesProfessional development annual benefit of $1000Tuition reimbursement opportunities for pursuing your BCBAHow We Help You GrowSARRC is proud to offer competitive ongoing professional development opportunities.
