*RN - Maternal Care*This role is for a Registered Nurse to do home care visits for Maternal Care. Patients can vary in age up until the age of 18- this is not only mother and baby visits.There are two different openings, one for Queens and one for The Bronx.*Responsibilities may include: ** Provide exceptional care to expectant and new mothers in the comfort of their homes* Monitoring health and progress* Educate patients on prenatal and postnatal care, infant feeding, and parenting techniques, fostering confidence and well-being in a home environment* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including obstetricians, pediatricians, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each family's needs*Requirements:** New York State RN License, AHA BLS* Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics* Current Maternal Child home health experience*Compensation:** $60 - $70/hr.INDNYNJob Type: Full-timePay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hourWork Location: In person
