In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.If any part of this message resonates with you, then Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens wants to hear from you!Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:Associates or Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse LicensePrevious long-term care experience is preferred but not requiredDirectly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient careConduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shiftProvide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
