Founded in 1986, the agency has grown from two residential campuses to a nationwide organization that provides a continuum of care from intensive residential treatment to community-based programs. Intensive in-home services are the agency's largest program, reflecting the core value that children are best raised by their family.We are a team of about 4,500 individuals who've come together to change the landscape of child welfare and juvenile justice across the country. Our work involves providing an array of counseling and treatment services to youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems.Eighty-eight percent of those who go through treatment are succeeding two years after leaving our program.
