We are looking to add a full-time Client Relationship Manager to our team.*Our Investments in You:*· PTO· Health insurance· 401(k)· Bonus Opportunities· HSA*The Expertise We're Looking For:*· Prior experience with excellent client service in a financial planning firm *(Required)*· Proficiency with understanding Investment accounts taxation and new account opening paperwork *(Required)*· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel *(Required)*· Proficiency with CRM systems *(Required)*· Associates degree *(Required)*· Prior Experience Working in Financial Services Industry *(Required)**Key Traits of a Successful Client Relationship Manager:*· Able to communicate verbally and in writing· Able to learn and adapt to changes· High attention to detail· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively*What You Will Be Responsible For:*· Manage your own dedicated client book of incoming calls· Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to client questions· Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents· Run needed reports for client's meetings with the Advisor of the Office· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies· Follow the office processes for processing client documents, fund requests, opening accounts, etc.· Assist clients with technology· All other duties as assigned*Pay: *$45,000-$55,000*Check out our website:* our team as a Client Relationship Manager and play a key role in driving business growth by providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
