In this position you will learn a variety of banking functions by conducting both Teller and Relationship Banker responsibilities while having exposure to all 24 ESL branches.As a Universal Banker at ESL you will:Create a positive face to face member experienceBuild long lasting relationships with membersWork in either a Teller or Relationship Banker position depending on branch needsTravel to all 24 ESL branches in the Rochester region depending on staffing needsAssist members with processing financial transactions including payments, deposits and withdrawals in a timely mannerHelp members recognize and obtain the most appropriate solutions for their financial needsEducate and Refer a variety of products and services to membersAssist members with accounts, loans and maintenanceLearn about the banking and finance industryGain exposure to career opportunities at ESLESL has 24 branch locations throughout the Rochester region. The candidate interested in this opportunity will work a 40-hour schedule as part of the Flex staff supporting all 24 branch locations.
