Basic tray assembly, decontamination. Everyone in the Sterile Processing Department will be putting together trays, regardless of leadership title.2. Supports operational needs of identified areas with High Level Disinfection / Sterilization (HLDS).3. Assists with reporting trend analysis in the areas of: budgets, statistics, capital requests, patient satisfaction surveys and strategic plans.4. Works with SPD Leadership to develop and apply department policies5. Performs all financial reconciliation and variance analysis.6.
